Pre-Kindergarten Registration

  1. Complete online application by clicking the picture above or going to pre-k.ebrschools.org
    Bring confirmation of submission to the school.

    ​Eligibility Requirements (Original Documents Only!)
  2. The child must be FOUR (4) years old by September 30th.
  3. Original document of the child’s birth certificate.
  4. Original document of child’s social security card, if applicable.
  5. An up to date immunization record.
  6. Proof of income ( 2 most recent check stubs, budget slip or SNAP benefits)
  7. Proof of residence.
  8. (current lease/utility bill/telephone bill/legal document bearing parent name and address, etc.)
  9. Proof of guardianship, if applicable.
  10. Special medical document form physician, if applicable.

 Kindergarten-5th Grade Registration

                             Original Documents Only!!

1.  Original document of child’s birth certificate.
2.  Most recent report card.
3.  Original document of child’s social security card, if applicable.
4.  An up to date immunization record.
5.  Proof of residence.
(current lease/utility bill/telephone bill/legal document bearing parent name and address, etc.)
6.  Parent and/or legal guardian driver’s license.
7.  Drop slip from previous school (within or out of district).
