EBR Tech Survey
LaSalle will issue school devices to students in need. Please complete the EBR Techology Survey to help us make this an efficient process.

Please note: when filling out the survey, select LaSalle Elementary School, your child's grade level for the 2020-2021 school year, and begin typing their name. 

A green box should pop up stating that the student has been matched. YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR STUDENT ID# OR STUDENT USERNAME. Once you get the "student matched" message, you can proceed to the next section of the survey. (An example has been posted below)
